1. Application
   You may apply to Ramapo using the Ramapo College Web application. You must have a credit card available to pay the $65 application fee.
2. College Transcripts
   Official transcripts from all prior college level course work should be sent to the Admissions Office.
3. Final High School Transcript
   Your official high school transcript is also required if you have attempted less than 45 credits.
4. EOF Transfer Verification Form聽(if applying for the EOF Program)
   EOF applicants are required to submit the EOF Transfer Verification Form or an EOF transfer form from your current institution’s EOF Office to be reviewed for EOF.聽If you are not enrolled into the EOF Program at your current institution, contact the EOF Office at 201-684-7542 to learn about transfer options.
5. Letter of Recommendation
   It is suggested that applicants submit one letter of recommendation from a school counselor, teacher or other individual who can attest to your abilities. There is no required standardized format for the letters. Accelerated BSN applicants are required to submit two letters.
6. List of Current Coursework聽If you are currently taking courses, please provide a copy of your schedule or list of courses in which you are currently enrolled.

• Each application for Transfer admission is reviewed holistically.
• It is strongly recommended that Transfer students have at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average at their prior college(s) when applying for admission. Accelerated BSN applicants are required to have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average or above.聽

Biology
Biology is a popular major for Transfer students with limited seating. Transfer students applying for Biology should have at least a 2.75 cumulative grade point average.

Social Work Program
New transfer students are not formally admitted to the program at the time of application. After completing all required prerequisite coursework, students will submit an internal application directly to the Social Work Department. For more information about the program, please refer to the Social Work website.

Transfer General Education Requirements

• Students completing an Associate of Arts (A.A) or an Associate of Science (A.S) from a New Jersey Community College will be waived from General Education Requirements once they have submitted a final official transcript with a conferred degree.
• Students who complete an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) are not eligible for a full General Education waiver. Courses will be evaluated on an individual basis. For more information about our Transfer Credit Policy, click here.
